If the doctor was as interested in listening to the issues I was having as he was trying to sell me 300$ custom ear plugs, I’d have a much different opinion. Terrible experience, won’t be returning.
Highly competent and friendly staff. I have had several issues - throat and hearing. Both were resolved quickly.
Staff is great, Heiland is not. Heiland suffers from a God complex; arrogant, condescending and rude, He is a total jerk.
Absolute waste of time. They canceled my appointment because I have seen another ENT at a different office. It’s called wanting a second opinion, shouldn’t matter who I have seen. I am the one paying for the appointment. Crazy!
