Since ********************** retired this place has been going Down Hill. My husband has permanent hearing Loss because an Emergency Appt. wasn't provided. When finally seeing by **********************, he walked to The Receptionist to ask her why wasn't an Appt. provided, when this should had treated as an emergency. I myself been a patient for more than 4 years and on Allergy injection protocol, but looks like I am going to look for another place to go. I believe the Dr. is ok. The office is filled with complete and utter incompetence. First of all I had a sleep test completed in October of 2019. It is the last week of February and no one from this office has called me for the results. The swept this test under a rug and completely forgotten to follow up with this. It is if I was never there. Secondly. Valley ENT made a request for me for the sleep test. When I spoke to the person who contacted the sleep test people, I ask her what the charges would be for the sleep test. A... read more

Went to see them in April for nose bleeds. Procedure done and was told by Dr. the nose bleeds would no longer occur. asked about payment and was told they would let me know (do not like doing business like that). My insurance has a set co pay for specialty visits and was told when appointment was made it would be the amount owed. that night nose bleed, next morning nose bleed. If I could give this Dr's office a zero star I would do that. I was quoted over the phone for my 1st consult $139. I have an extremely high deductible catastrophic Ins policy of $12,500 and basically pay cash where ever I go. They offered zero cash discounts and said it would actually cost me more to pay as a cash patient, so they went through my Ins anyway. I was on time, early for my 1st visit. The Dr Jordan * ****** MD was 1.5 hours late in seeing me. He saw me for all of 10 minutes and sent me to the office staff to pay.... read more

I do not recommend Dr. L****** nor this business! I waited an hour and fifteen minutes before being called back by his assistant just to be told there were “1.5” patients still ahead of me and it would be another 20 minutes approx before being seen by the Doctor. He abruptly came in to tell me he needed my room and swapped me out with another patient -who was clearly in the middle of a procedure without cleaning or disinfecting either room.
