My husband had an appointment at this office today, and I would give it 10 stars out of 5 if I could! From the moment he arrived, everything was well organized, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Kent took plenty of time to listen carefully, answer all of his questions, and made him feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find such outstanding service and attention to patients. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Kent to anyone looking for exceptional medical care.❤️
Valley ENT was very professional and provided a comfortable environment for me as a patient. Also Hallie is wonderful and helped navigate me through the records I was looking for! Her and Dr. Kent were very easy to work with!
I’ve requested VLS in Valley ENT for my daughter as recommended by our ENT. During the appointment I have clarified my request and they have scheduled us incorrectly which caused us to have 3 visits and charged us in each one of them.

Posted a review but I am actually editing it because I needed to correct it to say not only are they shady with the finances aspect but they will call you and confront you over your honest review. That is just such gross behavior.
