Very fast and professional!
The PA at this office is absolutely wonderful, but the office staff has caused us to leave the practice. They have continually been rude and dismissive. They make their own decisions about whether or not a patient should be seen without even consulting the physician. I have never written a review of an office, but our experience has been so bad that I felt compelled to do so. Find somewhere else to go.
In my opinion dr Barras is a terrible doctor. What isn't my opinion, is I was lied to and said I needed surgery for sinus issues. The integrity of my nose was destroyed by Barras and over time the structure of it has gotten worse. Barras also told 3 other family members the same bs about need for surgery.
Most unprofessional group of people. Had an appointment for 9:45. We arrived at 9:35 for paperwork. We were told that our appointment was for 9:00. I said no ma’am it’s for 9:45 that’s what I was told. So I said OK can she still be seen. With attitude she replied if she still wants to be seen. I asked who do we complain to about this.
