Office staff have been consistently wonderful, taking time to explain things with good information + a one-human-being-to-another manner. I don't understand the negative reviews by others, other than to say possibly there are 1 or 2 staff who struggle with being pleasant. If that's the case, they should be helped & monitored.
Office personal except one person are very condescending and rude. They sigh in the phone so you know your inconveniencing them from there jobs also I asked when they would be here so I can give them a tip and the lady said you don't have to tip them which I thought was an awful thing to say considering there in a nice warm office and these men are working their butts off out in the cold. Office personnel condescending. They inconvenienced me tremendously by making me drive 200 miles to meet them for repairs and didn't do anything they were supposed to. They arrived 4 hours late and were unable to do anything. Now they are too busy to pick up the phone to discuss what happened. I miss LARABEE. They were accommodating and kind - unlike these Valley people.
Used to be a great company but when they do a service call for an elderly woman, break her system and basically say "it isn't too cold out, you will be fine" time to find a new company. "Cold" in many ways. Shame on them and kudos to the company that came and fixed her unit within a hour because they understand customer service.
We needed propane installed for the first time at our home that we’re renovating. Valley Energy came out and did a site visit, provided best options for where to put the tanks, advised us on the tank size, and usage for house size. Very happy with Lee and Katrina customer service.
