Used to be a great company but when they do a service call for an elderly woman, break her system and basically say "it isn't too cold out, you will be fine" time to find a new company. "Cold" in many ways. Shame on them and kudos to the company that came and fixed her unit within a hour because they understand customer service.
We needed propane installed for the first time at our home that we’re renovating. Valley Energy came out and did a site visit, provided best options for where to put the tanks, advised us on the tank size, and usage for house size. Very happy with Lee and Katrina customer service.

Terrible service left my daughter with a four month old for 4 days wanted to charge $400 to deliver 10 gallons emergency are you already use them for another home that I own going to start looking for someone else worst customer service ever and the fuel is already been paid for
Consistently rude and unhelpful. Asking us to pay in full for a service that will be occurring 2 months from now.
