RecommendedGreat service always. It is so nice to have a local business who knows and understands the local people, like the driver this morning who turned off his delivery truck when he saw me walking my frisky baby colt to his paddock! That big green and white truck was suddenly not so scary
We just switched to Valley Energy this week. We have had a few issues today and I was unreachable. Valley Energy (Lauren) initiated a delivery solution while waiting to hear from me so that we would have no disruption in coming cold days. They also initiated safety checks . I love the personal service and care for customers well being.
I gave them a call this morning and as a new customer they were out within the same day. Tommy was the kindest and most helpful person ever as he educated me and filled up our propane tank. Highly recommended with amazing and Quick Customer Service.
Woke up in the morning to find no heat. Called Valley Energy and they had a technician out in less then an hour to diagnose and repair our furnace. Thank you Valley Energy!

Best propane company in Northern Va! They donated bbq cylinders for our youth football and for our band! Great to see a company that cares about not just their customers but the community as well!
I saw the one negative review, I can not believe that this person is speaking about the same company! From the person that answers the phone to the driver that delivers the fuel - it is an EXCEPTIONAL company to deal with! Very friendly and helpful... again I believe that other review was meant for another company (like AmeriGas).
