I had an endoscopy done here and I would not recommend this place to my enemies. The. Nurses came in with gloves they had been wearing around the facility and did my iv. Very unsanitary. They put in the wrong undersized metal iv in my had it hurt for weeks. Then when it came to the procedure they did not give me enough anesthesia. I woke up a few minutes into the procedure and was choking, gaging, and crying. I was telling them to stop and Dr S told me to calm down and not touch his equipment multiple times. Was Very Satisfied with This Physician WHO Has an Abundance of Knowledge on G I Issues! Excellent Bedside Care and Treatment Plan Discussed! Already have Completed 1 Procedure And Scheduled for Next Appointment! Nursing Staff is Courageous and Caring for Patients! Glad I Just Happened To Be There with Another Patient and I’m Happy To Be Getting GI Issues Finally Resolved after 2 Years of Non- Treatment! Been in Business 30-40 Years in Hemet!
I found the doctor and staff very professional. The doctor seems like a nice man who really cares about his patients. I'm really glad I went there and got myself a clean bill of health for 5 years!
Had the endoscopy today, everyone was pleasant and professional. Nurse was great at explaining everything. Consultation was yesterday, Dr is thorough. My only complaint was the wait time. Consultation was at 11 wasn’t seen until an hour later. Overall good experience.
