Was there yesterday with my child, Didn't had to wait by sign in. Friendly staff, Good Nurses, Amazing Doctors. Would definitely recommend them!

ER pediatric horrible. Nurses are lazy and rude. Care more about how to bake a cupcake and if they have all the ingredients than getting you treated.
The worst! More interested in pushing pain medication to charge astronomical prices than actually working to provide some level or service and experience. We are going on 6 HOURS for an ultrasound. They forgot to send the transport cart to take us to the ultrasound and wasted 90 minutes in the midst of this horrible process. I get they don’t have a requirement to give a good experience and have a strong process to make money, but they should at least create a culture and workplace of pride over laziness and lack of process.
I was a bit nervous coming here after seeing all the 1 star reviews. But I got to say they called me in quickly. I waited 5 mins for triage and after they immediately brought me into the back.Doctor came after 10 mins and the nurses were lovely.
