Went early morning. Efficient but checkout sucks. They forgot to give me a spirometer so I had to go back or even though I was in terrible pain. They called my pain medication into the wrong pharmacy who could not get it for two days so that was no good and told me that I had to have a physical prescription to get it ordered anywhere else. I told him they just sent the digital one to the first pharmacy. My aunt, who I am currently the primary caregiver for, and I had the worst experience in Valley Hospital’s ER. She is undergoing chemo treatment with Dr. Podalski and was brought in by ambulance for a high heart rate and fever. Despite her vulnerable condition, she was left unattended for hours. Nurses were openly socializing, rolling their eyes, and eating in the hallways while patients sat in agony without even being offered water. Waited there for 7.5 hours, while in the hallway. They gave me a nice brochure saying CT results will be back within 1.5 hours. 3 hours later, no one could tell me when I'm gonna get the results. I left without it. The staff is nice, but the communication isn't the best. No one updates you about anything. I will avoid going there. Any other ER will do better.
