While visiting from South Florida, I experienced a nonlife threatening health emergency and was transported via ambulance to the Valley Emergency Room. The police service, perimedics as well as the staff at Valley Emergency Room were exceptionally professional and attentive. I cannot recommend this emergency room. Having visited roughly 12 times over the years, only 2 visits were positive. The recurring issue across the majority of our visits has been rushed assessments and substandard treatment. In one instance involving severe food poisoning, staff simply handed over medication and the doctor tried to discharge us without adequate monitoring or addressing obvious dehydration. I do not recommend this emergency room. We have been here for 12 different times and only had 2 positive experiences.If you have food poisoning run away, they will give you a medication and send you on your way when you should be admitted. My son came in here once due to a cut, he was treated with skin glue. It didn’t even last an hour and came apart with no movement. Every time I come here personally it’s a negative experience and you are better off going to a quick care or another emergency room.
