Rude and impatient staff. Came in with chest pain, shortness of breath under exertion, and coughing up blood. My wife and I were initially lied to by the front desk, saying I was only getting an EKG... bold faced lie. When confronted with the labs I told nurse and NP I needed to take something so I don't pass out or inadvertently flail and they initially refused, but relented. Called in today with a very basic question regarding a letter I received in the mail. The woman who answered my call was extremely condescending and continuously spoke over me when I tried to clarify my reason for calling. It was such an unproductive and rude interaction, and I’m incredibly surprised Delnor tolerates this behavior. I would never expect an entity so focused on helping and understanding people’s problems to have this type of personality at the front lines.
