Desk staff are unprofessional. No one lets you know how long you need to wait unless you ask and even then its a rough estimate. I went in for severe breathing issues which the treated quickly but then they held me hostage for 7 MORE HOURS just waiting to get my x-ray results and told me I couldn't leave. I waited so long the nebulizer treatment wore off and I was struggling to breath again. If I left and missed them calling me up it would reset my wait time. Maybe they should hire more radiologist... They keep the A/C crank... read more

Came here at 2 am on a Tuesday morning with a relative who needed ER...got right in, staff was friendly and competent. Got a CT scan at 3am and results quickly thereafter. Doc was great. Others talk about waits but when we went, the whole experience was a thumbs up. Place was clean and quite modern. Been to many lesser ER's for sure. Zero complaints

Rude and impatient staff. Came in with chest pain, shortness of breath under exertion, and coughing up blood. My wife and I were initially lied to by the front desk, saying I was only getting an EKG... bold faced lie. When confronted with the labs I told nurse and NP I needed to take something so I don't pass out or inadvertently flail and they initially refused, but relented. Nothing quite like finding out medical debt collectors are after you because the billing department didn't fill out the information on your insurance correctly.
