The guys from VE and CL&P met all expectations. The only issue was the panel supplied by Electrical Wholesalers had two bad breakers. This caused the guys to spend extra time to troubleshoot the problem. The licensed electrician felt this failure rate was excessive and that it made them look bad. I agree that the panel should have been 100% but I was impressed at their professionalism in finding and correcting the problem. Thanks Steve
