Short version. Mishandling of fiber cable install from start to finish and customer service is non existent with me having to initiate and/or do their jobs for them. So far this will be a 3 week ordeal that they created, probably would have been longer had I not been proactive in making them do their jobs.

I needed to have my electric meter changed out the one on my property had become obsolete. I was stuck in Connecticut dealing with health issues when I got the letter. I thought there was going to be a huge problem, it was not. Everyone I dealt with at Valley Electric was as helpful as could be and pleasant to deal with. Dax was the installer a fine fellow. AAA+

I had to switch to fiber optic and was told that there was no charge for installation since I was a customer already but when I got my bill there is a $30.00 dollar charge for installation on it. So I call them and they tell me they will put a request in to cancel the charges but I won’t know if it’s approved till I get next month’s bill, well I pay my bill minus the thirty dollars and a week later I get a notification of a late bill payment and if I don’t pay by the 24th I will be disconnected.
