Easy pay options available. Safe and friendly inside offices also.
Hard to deal with people who work and answer the phone there. They don’t seem to care about your electric utility needs. When I called late in the afternoon to turn on my electric, a woman answered the phone, put me on hold, then hang up on me. I called them again, the voicemail said they were already closed for the day.
Short version. Mishandling of fiber cable install from start to finish and customer service is non existent with me having to initiate and/or do their jobs for them. So far this will be a 3 week ordeal that they created, probably would have been longer had I not been proactive in making them do their jobs.
