Charged me $600 to start service because I didn't have a letter of credit from my last utility company, they wouldn't accept over 4 years of on time payment history .
Hate calling these people they have the worst customer service!

Easy pay options available. Safe and friendly inside offices also.
Hard to deal with people who work and answer the phone there. They don’t seem to care about your electric utility needs. When I called late in the afternoon to turn on my electric, a woman answered the phone, put me on hold, then hang up on me. I called them again, the voicemail said they were already closed for the day.
