We just wanted to thank VE for the crew sent here at Burson Ranch to install the fiber optics cable to our home. When they arrived we were worried we would have to repair our yard, sidewalk & garden. Coming out after they were finished, we couldn't see anything wrong with our yard at all. They really did great work & have our respect & gratitude for the care they took. We had a wonderful experience thanks to the installer Mike, who went above and beyond helping our retired mother with her fiber optic installation. I’d planned on being there in person but was called into work last minute. Not only was he incredibly patient and respectful, but he also took extra time to move things out of the way that I had forgot to take care of myself when rushing out. Fiber Optic Internet was installed in my house today by Mike. He did a fabulous job of finding the best spot in my house to place my router. He was very pleasant to work with and explained everything to me in a way that made sense to me. (I am NOT technically savvy myself.) Mike arrived on time and completed the installation in approx. one hour. He was very professional. I bought a property with an existing electrical pole and meter near my well houses, so I called to transfer the name on the bill. A saleswoman named Karen informed me that they don't do that anymore, and I had to buy a new pole and service and remove the old one, totaling over $16,000 for a 20' overhead run. I spent half that much on a solar installation and just went off the grid. This horrible company is a monopoly and there services are down quite often!
