Service was great but get your checkbook out. Prices are through the roof. They round up their time to next hour and charged me $150 in travel time for a trip from the Spokane Valley to the South Hill. There were 2 guys at my house for a little over 2 hours and I was charged for 7 hours. Shocked.
Absolutely amazing service. Overhead mast tore off the house in the November 2015 windstorm. Valley provided a quote one day and the job was complete the next and for substantially less than what I'd heard other folks had been charged for similar repairs. The staff was supportive and informative throughout the process and expedited the State Electrical Inspection. In a dark and stressful situation this company literally provided a ray of light!
I used Valley once in the early nineties when we remodeled our kitchen and recently when I went to sell my house we had to fix a porch light and replace some GFI outlets I called them again. Each time they were easy to work with and down to earth. Also, they were less expensive!
