Pretty bad. Paid to get zero service or care. I should have known when I got there and every form was incorrect for my name, address, gender, etc. By the time I get to the room, I overhear a nurse saying they called me to say I needed to bring my records. False. I have the voice mail on my phone. First lie. Then I overhear the other nurse rudely say “then she needs to reschedule” after I waited months to be seen.
