My realtor Josh was nice and he show us a lot of houses at Houston Texas before deciding, despite some issues & to the company offering us a one point another realtor, we end up staying with him because of how he went above and beyond on checking houses prior us committing. However he didn’t fulfill his promise. For us to closed on the house he said he offer the cleaning since the owners were refusing. I put my information in on a realty site about a month ago about *possibly* being interested in buying a home. Ever since the phone calls and text messages have been non-stop. I've said I'm not interested and to please stop calling but it persists. All. Day. Long. I've blocked numbers and they just call from different phone numbers instead. Quite frankly at this point it's harassment and it's predatory behavior.
