Excellent selection of cordless and corded tools. Friendly staff.
I needed to rekey a Weiser lock and went here to buy the tool. They gave me the tool for free and a set of new keys. After I messed up the rekeying,I went in to buy a new lock and instead they factory reset my lock and keyed it for me, again all for free. Outstanding service! They could have made 2 sales, but new they could help me without them. Highly recommend!
Frustrated to say the least, we have been waiting for over a month for an answer on a motor for our shop door on the farm, I have followed up twice after the initial enquiry and they just say they are very busy with no end in site, had this been my business I would be concerned.
Very helpful snd friendly staff. Almost find what I need every time.
