Had a rear seal leak, and was referred to Valley Diff by another local automotive place i had work done, called them up made an appointment, came in, was greeted warmly and car was taken in right away, I even canceled my ride, as the work was completed in a couple of hours, definitely happy with my experience and didnt have to break the bank before Christmas, Thank you, appreciate your work, will definitely refer this place for future work.

My father brought two axles in to get the bearings changed as we thought they could be causing the problem we were having. The gentleman inspected the bearings and said they were fine and not to change them. Also gave us some advice on what we need to look for to fix. Don’t often give a review when I didn’t actually have anything done but the fact that they were honest and helpful and didn’t make a dime off us goes a long way. Great place to get differential work done. Just recently did a posi unit with 3.73 gears on my cutlass.Miles the owner is great to work with. We came across an issue during the break in period and Miles did not hesitate to take care of the problem free of charge. He is a man of his word and will make sure his customers and tooken care of!

We took our truck to this shop because it had good reviews, but our experience was the complete opposite. The repairs were not done properly, and when we brought up the issues, they didn’t take responsibility or try to fix their mistakes. We expected quality work and professional service, but ended up wasting time and money. Very disappointed—unfortunately, the good reviews didn’t match the service we received. We won’t be coming back.
