I had an appointment on 09/09/25 for breast screening. The Doctor and the nurse are very caring professionals. But the lady at the reception miss treated me just for asking to update my address, that is so sad and unprofessional.
This is my third visit to this facility and each visit has been the same. Very quick, courteous and professional. I love their hours of being available both early morning and later in the evening and all of the people that I’ve worked with have been great. I just wish I didn’t have to go in for so many CAT scans and MRIs.
Love the place its close to home but when calling to schedule did even put us on the schedule and front desk stated that they dont take in walk in. Which I think its stupid why would you stated somewhere in the website, or at least correct the call center error.
Scheduling is a nightmare. I transferred care elsewhere.
I had a bad experience with Caroline for my ultrasound here, I wouldn't recommend this provider.
