Valley Cycle always demonstrates their knowledge of bikes, especially mtn bikes. They always take the time to talk and make you feel comfortable.
Carl did an awesome job advising and upgrading my son’s fat tire mountain bike and my 29er mountain bike. New rear gears, shifter and derailleur sets and tires on both , wheels, hydraulic disc brake set and head set on fat bike and front 2 new gear rings, shifter and derailleur among other things on 29er. Huge difference in riding experience. Carl nailed it. Valley cycle is consistent through the years with thoughtful and thorough service, deep know how, and real value. My son is thrilled. Great customer service! Rich is very knowledable and caring. He helped me figure out what type of bike I needed to perform well in the type of race that I was participating in. If you're looking for a bike and you're not sure where to start, I highly recommend going to this shop!!
