Have lived here for 27 years, very safe, well taken care of, good management including property manager. Very quiet. Highly recommend.
My grandmother has lived here for about 13 years now. The only things she doesn’t like is how she has to walk up stairs from the front door to get up to her main floor where everything is. She also doesnt like how the garages are not maintained at all and how they reek due to the trash cans. Maintenance is pretty nice. It’s also annoying how they shut off your water for a couple hours during the summer. Also inconvenient when they pave the main road and block off entrances and exits. Pay the HOA, but don't expect them to maintain anything. On top of that, expect your water to be shut off several times during the summer. Sometimes it's only a few hours and sometimes... well it's 7pm right now and I'm still waiting.
