The staff at the teller windows are always kind, professional, and helpful to all my needs in a timely manner. I have Valley in the Heights for 5 years, and not once did I have difficulty in any of my transactions. When they updated their online app there were some new things in the bill pay app I didn't understand so I went in and out in about 10 minutes with all my questions and need to know how were answered. I really like the service and courteous manner from all the staff.
