Started a new job Jan 1st, and every paycheck I've gotten so far has been sooooooo late because of Valley. Why do you offer direct deposit if nobody keeps up with it ??I've never had issues like this before with you guys. I'm supposed to get paid Friday but y'all don't process on the weekend or sum anymore so I don't get my check until at least 4 days later, this time it's going to be FIVE days late. Seriously getting ready to switch to somewhere who won't keep my money from me.

Expressing my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues we've encountered with Valley Credit Union over the past few months. I sent a detailed email outlining my concerns to two branch managers and the VP of Client Experience on Friday, January 3, 2025.
