I want to thank Valley Credit for being such a pillar in our community. I've read some of your reviews and I guess when you're in a position of holding individuals accountable for their actions and poor choices, we find out real fast who are the cupcakes of our community. Also, please remember that defamation against either your company, or any of its employees is a serious action against you and should be handled as such. Obtained a write of garnishment never put anything on my credit report until I was getting ready to buy my first home. Then bam they hit me with a wage garnishment almost 10 years after the fact. Now I am living in a travel trailer and having to file bankruptcy. This should be illegal

17 years later..they are trying to collect for an ambulance call ..for someone who did not live with me.. they are gems for humans. Not. Filing punitive suit in court.. get the crooks in front of a judge.

Garnished funds from my Sons emergency fund bank account without any contact directly to me. The debt was over 15 years old and I was informed by my lawyer the company restarted the debt days before the 10 year expiration. The debt does not show on my credit report and I was not informed by the company at all of the debt prior to them placing their 1 star hands into my bank account on a Saturday afternoon.
