These people are complete jerks and liars. I called to try and settle a medical dept. I made a fair offer to settle. They refused and acted like they didn't buy the debut for half the price of what's owed. Then they tried to shame me for having the debt. I would have paid the medical bill directly if I had the money. Shaming me does nothing but make me not want to pay Pro tip: If your medical bill is under 500 they can't hurt your credit. Screw these people!!!
Uncooperative to say the least. They won’t write the remaining balance on a cash receipt. They fail to explain why they sent my wife another persons info and demanding payment/bullying over the phone. They served me paperwork at my house and demanded money. Went to mediation and they didn’t show up to the appointment. It should have been dismissed but wasn’t. I missed work. If I would have not shown up I would have a court appointed appearance🤔. I had issues with a client of mine through my dog training business. This person was supposed to pay for my services and said she didn't work and come to find out she did. She owed me 1200 dollars and I called this company and I have not had one issues with very nice and polite and professional. I thank you all for caring about my business without you guys on my side I wouldn't have lost all that money. Thanks to them I get back most of the money back.
Joey is awesome to work with, very glad our community has this local tool for getting outstanding invoices paid. Highly recommend if your business isn’t getting what it’s owed.
