17 years later..they are trying to collect for an ambulance call ..for someone who did not live with me.. they are gems for humans. Not. Filing punitive suit in court.. get the crooks in front of a judge.
Garnished funds from my Sons emergency fund bank account without any contact directly to me. The debt was over 15 years old and I was informed by my lawyer the company restarted the debt days before the 10 year expiration. The debt does not show on my credit report and I was not informed by the company at all of the debt prior to them placing their 1 star hands into my bank account on a Saturday afternoon. These people are liars!!! They got a judgment in 2014 and never collected on it. Although I've been at the same job for all that time. Then when they garnished me I called and talked to them. And they told me when the garnishment was over if I still owed money they would work with me to make payments without refiling it with my job. And instead, the week that it ended they instantly sent it back to my employer without even trying to talk to me.
For starters we made payment arrangements with Shae who is absolutely rude. We were making regular payments and due to a severe health issue, we didn't realize my husband's debt card expired. Our last payment was 01/10/24 and by 3/19/24 our bank account was garnished for over $700. We never received notice until today 03/22/24 which arrived at an address other than ours and was post marked after the garnishment already took place. I will be reaching out to attorney.
