No manager on night shift so everything goes. Had a rock thrown into my back window and management did nothing. Manager talks about personal health of employees to everyone. Food is never cooked and out of food on shelves. Weed is allowed to be smoked on job. They are dealing with propane and someone is going to get hurt. No training on propane and cleaning gas spills.
