I decided to open up a business account with Valley and have had nothing but trouble with the IT department. Can't use any of the cards they issued me or mailed me and it's only been a week and a half. Definitely going someplace else!
I hate valley star!!! Plain and simple! Valley industrial credit union was so much better. After all the years I have banked there I am now done with that bank. I do not recommend valley star to anyone!!!! Nothing but problems
