Valley collison is an absolutely fantastic shop. They have helped me with repairs with both my vehicles and each time they did an exceptional job. Sam is super helpful, communicative and very honest- all qualities that are hard to find! Im so glad I found this shop and will continue to use them always.
I always bring my car here. They’re very accommodating, professional, and fast. They had my car ready by the next day.
Communication and promptness are essential in a business. Every time I called to ask if my car made it into the shop, Sam kindly communicated with me and helped me with the process. I dealt with a terrible towing service. It took 4 days for my car to make it in. When it finally got to VCC, Sam worked quickly so I could finally move forward with my insurance to do what we needed to do. Thank you for a great service!
Valley Collision did a great job! We worked with Sam and he was so helpful, and made it easy to get an estimate and to get the repair done quickly. They even detailed the card before we picked it up. Highly recommend them.
Sam was the best! My repairs were completed sooner than either of us anticipated. All the staff, including Sam were kind and respectful. I’m glad I picked them to fix the damage to my car, Sam went above and beyond to get every detail resolved. They also have this cool feature where I was texted with updates on the repair of my car. It was due to be ready by Monday but was ready for pick up Thursday ! 🙌🏽 Thank you!!! (Van Nuys). 🙏🏽
