I would NOT recommend this cleaning service to anyone. Lack of communication is astonishing. They emaile and texted saying they’ll arrive btw 12-2pm. I call at 2pm and the person says they’re finishing up another place and will lunch and then come. That is so not appropriate. I eventually gave them the house code cuz I didn’t want to stay waiting. They arrived at 3:15 and finally started. 2 wasn’t enough they called to tell me so they spent another 2 hours cleaning but they never called me back to say they were done and leav... read more
