Super happy with the work Mark does. He repaired 2 jacket zippers and made a custom zipper for a bag. SO HAPPY!!!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. An older gentleman at this business was incredibly rude and discriminatory toward my mother simply because she doesn’t speak perfect English. He told her, “You’re in America, you speak English here. I’m not doing your curtains because you don’t speak English.” This kind of behavior is unacceptable, offensive, and deeply disappointing especially in a community like Española, where many residents are of Latin background. What an awful experience! This owner yelled at me after giving my 75 year-old grandmother a FALSE quote on pressing curtain and refusing to take responsibility for their mistake keeping the deposit and the curtains. MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR A PROPER QUOTE BEFORE USING THESE CLEANER AS YOU MIGHT BE SHOCKED AT THE BILL UPON ARRIVAL AND BE SCREAMED AT BY A VERY UNPLEASANT OWNER CLAIMING TO CALL THE POLICE ON YOU.
