Joe, from Citrous-O cleaned our carpet today. It had stains we thought would not come out. In fact, we were thinking of replacing the carpet. It now looks like new!! We are so impressed and thankful we did not need to replace the carpet. Joe was so professional and diligent in his work we thanked him over and over. We highly recommend Citrous-O and Joe!
First time having Valley Citrus-O clean our carpets and we'll never use anyone else! Even though they took overnight to fully dry, I can't belive how clean they are! Even the pet stains we've tried so hard to remove are gone. There was no chemical smell, just fresh. Joe was so knowledgeable and lovely. He does a great job. Very happy.
