The owner Chris was nice but I feel like he didn't ask the right questions for the job I needed. Im going to assume based off all the other glowing reviews that my results were poor not due to their technique or equipment, but rather the technician himself. My floors were wet for days despite taking all precautions. Our carpets smell awful almost 2 months after them doing the job, which was never an issue before. I just wanted to say this company has been nothing short of amazing, beyond amazing. Our complex had multiple units to do and they offered a discount based on multiple units. Our situation was unique and they offered a unique and jaw dropping discount for us based on our particular situation. They came and did our stairs and hallways and made the them basically new again.
