Went to Valley Cities off Rainier Avenue with a Family member for moral support and also to Advocate for other Resources available. The Receptionist were really nice. The office itself was clean and quiet. A lot of pamphlets for outside Resources available. I had to politely excuse myself from the meeting, the psychiatrist seemed like he was in a rush or maybe he was thrown off by my presence but his side comments were unnecessary. HIPAA laws so I can't go into full detail, plus out of Respect for my Family.
