I own Swanks & Sons Chromeshop out of Shepherdsville, KY (Louisville area). Valley Chrome is a major part of our success as they're are my go to on hard to find as well as the most popular bumpers out there. Luis is My Guy I always go to, but everyone is always so helpful as well! Even the lady Lisa who you pay when you owe $ too, is always so Nice & goes out of her way to help you in anyway she can! All together a 10 out of 10 when doing business with these folks! We love us some Valley Chrome!

Purchase a bumper from them and the quality of it was rather satisfactory there was small improvements that could be made but overall very happy with it. My dealer I purchased the bumper through had ordered the wrong one but they corrected the order error and replaced it with the correct one, which wasn’t a valley chrome error. But upon receiving it I was missing some parts I contacted valley chrome and they were extremely helpful in correcting the issue and sending out the parts directly to my door step. Wally helped me out find a Freightliner bumper and there wasn’t anything he could have done better very knowledgeable and patient with me during the whole process as well as teaching me something that was very beneficial. Thank you again guys over at Valley Chrome. And especially thank you Wally.
