We needed three of our chimneys inspected and would highly recommend Valley Chimney Sweep. Chris came out to our place, arrived on time, was knowledgeable and patient with our questions, diagnosed our issues, and even replaced one of our dampers. If you're looking for quality service that's friendly and affordable, these guys are it.
Called for service on my Englander Pellet Stove. It's working fine I just wanted it checked over as a new homeowner for peace of mind. Gentleman on the phone told me they usually charge $150, I accepted and asked to be put on the schedule, he then asked what type of stove, I told him and he said "oh no sorry actually we won't service those" I asked why and was informed "it's because it's a home depot/warehouse type of stove and they have issues sometimes that he doesn't want to deal with" Honestly kind of a weird interaction... read more

Made a phone inquiry for a damper which had come off its seating. Chris was out to our place in shortly thereafter and solved our problem in less time than it took to make the initial call. Bravo Zulu!
Great experience with Valley Chimney Sweep. The technician called ahead to let me know he could be onsite a bit earlier than planned which was great. He completed a thorough inspection, cleaned the fireplace and was very professional.
