Made a phone inquiry for a damper which had come off its seating. Chris was out to our place in shortly thereafter and solved our problem in less time than it took to make the initial call. Bravo Zulu!
Great experience with Valley Chimney Sweep. The technician called ahead to let me know he could be onsite a bit earlier than planned which was great. He completed a thorough inspection, cleaned the fireplace and was very professional.
Service tech, Jamie, was great… very helpful and knowledgeable and great sense of humor as well.
Jamie was great! Answered all of my questions and took his time in cleaning up once he was done with the job.
