Came in with toddler to this place twice. Both wait times were an hour to see a doctor even with booked appts. Do you understand how hard that is for a toddler to wait one hr?! This place is not family friendly. Find another place if you have kids. Also the nurses who tended to my child with vaccines. They came in with vaccines in their hands. Placed the vaccines on the bed my child was sitting on, and NOT placed on a tray or table. I've never seen that before, so careless. Aren't there safety procedures you should be follow... read more
Worst most disrespectful unmanaged joke of an office. I have never in my life, ran into so many problems and been treated as if I was the problem, not receiving any care for my children having to go somewhere else after every single time I’ve been there don’t go there
The closing hours for this office is 5pm I was there at 4:45pm 11/04/24 and the girl working on front desk was on the door and said we are about to close and there is no available to see patients at this time , but place next door saint agnes urgent care closes at 5pm as well but they helped us.
A new Valley Children's auxiliary hospital is currently being built at this location. It is in close proximity to Clovis Community hospital.
