Went for ultrasound they were AMAZING!! Staff was nice and the ultrasound Tech took her time didn’t feel like my appointment was being rushed and got some beautiful pictures back
Horrible customer service from the lady who answers the phone. I switched my daughters appointment to madera. I would rather drive more than an hour than go to the Visalia location.
Excellent customer service every time we go!
Whoever answered the phone this morning at 9:31 made me wait 20 minutes (so they can simply look up my name and last appointment) then hung up on me! Like please don’t work there if you can’t do ur job.
