Horrible service waiting forever then coming out bad bad very bad ER.
Other than the very very long wait time and the fact that it’s out in the middle of nowhere it seems VCH is well staffed with good workers
Horrible waiting time waited 3 hours in the emergency room nobody moved ended up walking out
The whole only one parent in the waiting room needs to stop. My son has autism and is non verbal and was having a meltdown and trying to run away and I needed help from my husband and he couldn’t be there to help me. After about 30 mins I asked if they could please allow my husband in as I couldn’t control my son anymore. They allowed it and as soon as he came in he calmed down.
