Took my perfect 2 year-old frenchie Apollo on jan 17 2023 Well they first wacked me $400 bucks for consultation. The surgeon recomended That Apollo have a Nares surgery soft pallet remove tonsils and a neuter . I agreed to bring apollo down on tuesday jan 17th dropped off at 8.30 am I had to call at 5 pm to ask how he is doing They never contacted me . On a Sunday no long ago I took my cat to Valley Central because he was urinating blood and it was the second time in a month he was urinating blood. i was very worried that he was in a very dangerous situation. I dropped him off at 6 pm and two hours later I did not hear anything from the hospital. Three hours went by and I decided to call to check on my cat. Dr. Ron and his team took excellent care of our dog. They treated him as if he was one of their own. We returned from vacation to find our dog, who was perfectly healthy when we left, with a very serious infection and there was a concern at first that he would lose his leg. In a matter of days, Dr. Ron had our dog on his way to a full recovery. After we adopted a kitten it became sick after 4 days, the adoption agency said to go here. For an emergency hospital they sure take their good old time. After waiting they took our baby to be examined, I think they forgot about her so after an hour and a half sitting in the car I called to see what was up. They said they would call back, 2 minutes later they called and said she needed more testing. Yesterday we drove 2.5 hours to have a stray kitten examined by the Dr Peiffer the ophthalmologist. We could not have been more impressed with every person we worked with - from the first call to the facility, the receptionist, vet tech and the doctor himself.
