The best masseuse I have ever been to! I LOVE Valley Center Wellness Spa! I love the whole environment there, and the wonderful atmosphere in the rooms, and the owner, Jana Limone is the best masseuse I have ever been to. She is very intuitive, and skillfull, and I am just so happy that this place is in my own home town. I have had massage therapy in many places to compare her with! Wonderful Experience! I received a gift certificate for a "Heavenly Bliss" package and was so excited to have a day just for me! The spa is beautifully appointed and sooo relaxing a peaceful! It is tucked away in a private setting and offers very personal and friendly service. The owner was on site, along with other therapists. My facial left my skin soft and refreshed, my massage was the best I have ever had (and I visit spas often). Terrible I must say that the staff at this spa are very rude and conceded. I've been to numerous spa's throughout the country, and I must say this has to be one of the worst for customer service, and service. First, I tried calling in to schedule an appointment for a massage, I too was hung up on. It sounded like the receptionist was eating her lunch and that was more important. Had microdermabrasion on 6/14/2007 This was my first visit, they were very nice on the phone as I had tried to get in at the last minute on a Saturday, no appts. open. They tried to accommodate me and called me back to confirm I was on the waiting list. Since they were unable to see me on that Saturday the receptionist did call on Tuesday and wanted to schedule me...I got the impression they may have been a bit hungry or either they just really make an effort to get the new business. Spa day We set up a couple of massage appointments to try this place. The lady on the phone was not very friendly and I was actually disconnected at one point. She said there were problems with the phone line. I asked her about their massages available and pricing information. She was very right to the point and didn't give much more information than what I asked, not much details. We did not book our appointment here.
