RecommendedCustomer service is fantastic especially Estela, she is so nice and professional always welcomes us with a big smile and makes sure we are happy with our propane service. She made sure we had service before thanksgiving less then a week😊 The driver is so nice too, (Dario)he always calls when he’s getting close, so I have time to put my dogs away and he’s fast friendly and professional.. I will be a faithful customer and I recommend service for sure..

Used to be good when it was family owned. Dan was awesome. One of the office girls (think she came when they switched to Ferrell) is so rude and obnoxious. I left because of her and would not recommend them. The customer service is no longer what it used to be because of this lady and according to her she is in charge of everything... so, I had to look elsewhere.
