Very refreshing to find a gym where people come in to exercise rather than sit on a machine and simply scroll through their social media! I was impressed by the owner, Marco, since he clearly shows interest in all those who walk into his gym. I was just passing through town for a week, but he was very kind, helpful, and informative. I'm pleased to have had the opportunity to have worked out at Valley Center Fitness and to have met such a decent man, who also served on behalf of his country!
If you are looking for a gym in the Valley Center area, you have to check out VCF! My wife and I have worked with Marco and Maggie for the past year and can’t say enough good things about them. They truly care about each individual that walks through the door, and want to see you reach your fitness goals.
