I got a car from valley motors that was an absolute lemon, they must have a deal with a local mechanic to pass unroadworthy cars for sale purpose as the car I got from them had a faulty fuel pump meaning it wouldn't start almost as soon as I got it home, this cost $450 dollars to repair, the airbag light was on and the entire exhaust was corroded to the point that it was hazardous to drive. when I tried to claim the fuel pump on the warranty they sold the car with the dealership had never actually purchased or placed the war... read more
Bought a car here in late July 2024. Only had it a week before it started to pay up. Took it to a specialist for diagnosis. Was going to cost more than the car to rebuild the auto gearbox. Tried to speak with George and Valley cars but that didnt end well so a couple of trips to Court and the sheriff and I got my money back for Christmas. 5 months of drama and having my driveway blocked by a busted car and having to go and buy another car because George thinks hes above the laws in NSW
I bought a car from here a while ago and it was an absolute lemon. Owned the car for TWO days before it broke down. Was told it would cost me more to fix the car than it was worth. They took the car back but refused to give me my money back. Took me 2 years to get my money with the help of NCAT and fairtrade. Don't buy from these people, even if you are desperate.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP! I purchased a Mazda CX-5 from this dealership in January 2024. Within 4 weeks it was found to have major defects. The dealership offer ZERO support and take ZERO responsibliity, despite their consumer law obligations. They either ignore you or tell you not to come back if there are any issues - that is what the additional (and very limited) warranty is for. They are selling defective cars and I would hate for someone else to go through the same issues as me!
