we had outdoor carpet laid on deck 3 months ago. a month later the seam is coming up. we have called over a month and have been lied to everyday and still have not showed up to fix it. now I call and they will not answer, thier sale man Brian has done nothing but give me a run around.
too many people dont know what they are doing. every time there is a question they send us to someone else that works there. told us the wrong type of flooring to get then acted like it was my fault even though they came to look at it and recommended that type of flooring. then made the wrong measurements and charged us for an extra 300 ft. of flooring. then said i was the one that measured it and got it wrong. it was them that measured it. never heard back about a refund. lowes is cheaper and less hassle.
