Valley Carpet Care exceeded my expectations. Their quote was competitve and the ability to assist me so quickly was amazing! The owner himself offered to come out to meet the need I had to stretch my carpet before the tenant moved in. He ended up sending out Kevin who did a great job! Will definitely use them for my future carpet care needs!
I would like to thank Eli for the superb carpet cleaning he performed at my home yesterday! He took a lot of time and attention to detail when cleaning our carpets where our ill cat had urinated. The carpet looks and smells great now. He got close to walls/baseboards and corners and the entire areas he cleaned look uniform and spotless. I tried unsuccessfully to shampoo it myself before calling Valley Carpet Care. Scheduling my appointment was fast and easy also, and he texted me when he was 30 minutes from arrival.
Talk about great service. Chris came to clean my carpets and did an amazing job. Carpets look brand new. Valley is an independent family owned business that really takes pride in the work they do Thanks Chris.
Mike did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and tiles. I highly recommend him and his company.
