Had to explain my car to them because they didn't have the right information but they looked at the manual for the service department and found the correct way to service my car. Was a little disappointed when I told the desk that I wasn't able to wait ahead of time and was told I could get a shuttle and find my own way home after work or rent a car for 60 a day when I was spending over 1100 to service my car. Other dealership would have given me a complimentary vehicle. Other than that the service was great.
We drove an hour and a half to look at a used Tesla, we truly were just looking no intension of purchasing, Valley GMC was truly no pressure, in the end we purchased the used Tesla it was a delightful experience, every person we encountered was friendly, helpful and welcoming. I really wanted to have a positive experience with Valley GMC because I love the vehicle, and some employees treated me very well. Justin worked with me on the price, and I especially want to recognize David. He was incredibly kind, patient and welcoming to me and my children throughout my visits. Unfortunately, the finance portion completely changed my experience. I was on out of state buyer and Luis did an amazing job communicating with me. He shared videos of the truck, took many pictures for me, and answered all my questions. Luis was very responsive to all my texts, quickly answered all my emails, and I could not be happier with the level of care that he showed me.
