Worse place ever to live ! Been living here for almost 4 years & they still can not fix our parking lot . I call the office and always ask them when are they going to fix it and I always get a ( yes ma’am we are going to fix it ) & NEVER HAPPENS !!! They recently placed new mobile homes & new parking lot & nobody lives their yet ? Yeah quite a shame on these people . ALWAYS complaining about not driving on grass ? Well maybe if you would fix the damn parking lot we wouldn’t be driving on the grass ! �
I never had a problem paying rent until they changed mangers the lady from the other trailer park messed up our account I went above and beyond to get it paid I called paylease they told me they they put a note under our account that said do not accept payment before our rent is due now we gave them our 30 days to move out ant they threaten to evict us
great place to live close to schools, Wal-Mart and 5 mins. from Tulsa, You can buy a home there or move your home to the park always doing something on the holidays B-B-q's, Halloween , Christmas. great times
