Excellent customer service
Went here to buy a part for my BMW only to be sold a defective part that didn’t function, when I went back to talk to them about it they said I’d have to do one of three things: 1. Pay $250 to exchange the part if it’s not defective 2. Pay $30 for a new part 3. Bring in my car for them to diagnose the whole car then replace or charge me for a new part I would’ve brought my car in but the part is what allows the car to start in the first place, so I’d have to pay $80+ for towing to the dealership.
