The staff there really do care about you. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I am extremely happy with the doctors I have seen at Valley Behavioral Services. They are pleasant & considerate. I see Stephanie & I couldn't ask for her to be any better. However, the office staff are terrible. They do not sound happy to be there or happy to help you whatsoever. I had a conversation with billing today & the lady seemed very bothered by my needing help. So much so that when ending the call she just hung up. No have a good day, bye, nothing. I HAVE BEEN SEEING DR. AL AND HIS WIFE HUDU WHO IS MY COUNSELOR HE IS THE BEST PSYCHIATRIST AND HUDU IS THE BEST COUNSLOR HAVE EVER BEEN TO. THEY BOTH ARE KIND AND TREATS ME AS A HUMAN BEING NOT AS A NUMBER. HE IS VERY CARING AND REALLY LISTENS TO MY CONCERNS AND PROBLEMS HUDU, I FEEL I CAN TALK TO HER ABOUT ANYTHING ITS A GOOD FEELING WHEN I SEE BOTH OF THEM.
