Everyone has been very kind here!
I've been a patient there in the past and recently restarted services. The office does good work and if they do make a mistake they work to correct it. They also try to be understanding of my needs and try to meet them best they can.
I had a very positive interaction with the nurse practitioner I've spoken with, but I can't get a call back. This is worrying, since I am out of medication. Thankfully there are no side effects to stopping this particular medication, but I do take some that have very bad side effects if stopped suddenly.
