They NEVER answer the phone
Everyone I have met here has been caring and nonjudgmental.
All staff members are impressive and supportive! Tisha consistently provides a strong, helpful start to each visit.
Billing rep bragged to me about how many of their patients try to sue them but don’t win and was talking bad about their patients saying the mental health patients record them without their consent to try to sue them and told me to go ahead they deal with attorneys all day then hung up on me. This was in regards to my doctor stating on a recorded line that she did NOT include something in my medical notes that resulted in my FMLA being canceled and my job being lost, however the FMLA rep told me what was stated by the doctor... read more
