Once again I had to go back to valley they were very professional and nice thanks for helping me get back on track thank you
Horrible place. I went around the beginning of the year at 2 am and got to the back at 5 am. Two hours later I was woken up for blood and another hour later I was woken up to get out of bed. When I refused due to the less than 3 hours of sleep the staff member, Brian, mumbled about how annoying and how much of an inconvenience it was as he walked away. I wanted to share my experience here as there are a lot of negative reviews. I was here for a week and I actually enjoyed it here. The nurses are really nice and the food is great. I would make a few changes though. Like better bedding and more blankets. Otherwise, I was treated wirh respect and fairness and learned a lot. Thank you for all the help!
Been here on like September 15. This was not a pleasant experience. Sure I met new kids and all that but the food was horrible, the staff didn't really care besides some people like the tall black haired guy. I forgot my name and he was kind and respectful. Then their was this woman who would come into our unit every once in a while to do an activity. I had a mental breakdown on my 2nd day and she came and helped me figure and sort things out.
