do not have an emergency that causes a missed appt. you will not be seen again. I had 1 interview, was "diagnosed" with PTSD from an event. Had knee surgery, called to apologize for follow up appt miss, was told I was wrong and should have called, i informed the man my anxiety keeps me from doing the proper things alot, and said we will have to call you back- that was a year ago easy. I gave them time before posting this review.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would! This is the most unprofessional, unorganized practice I've ever had to be a part of! I've been given appointments on days the doctor isn't working, including SUNDAY!!! You get 2 month appointments, however, if you require monthly meds, you're screwed! The secretary won't take your meds info, you have to send her a text. "It's much easier that way." Yes, it's much easier to just ignore you that way.
