I'm writing this review because a think people should now about this company and I think the owner. Three years ago we started remodeling our down stairs bathroom. He came out to do the job and I was really unaware of his process and wanted to be more informed but he did not want to give out any information. He sprayed the tile and the tub. This is the second time I have had Valley Bathtub Refinishing refinish my two bathroom sinks and bathtub. Each time the finish eventually chips and peels off. The first time the owner came out and fixed the issues. This time he was rude and said that the five year guarantee only covered peeling. I threatened to give him a bad review and he came back with, "well I didn't say I wouldn't fix it." He came to the house and rudely said "well do you want me to fix it or not?"
