Very disappointing place to be honest, if you are like me a husband that likes to be there for everything that your wife needs support on, this is the wrong place to be. They made me wait outside and then mentioned it was a “Covid” protocol. I was next to wife when they did the c sections when our sons were both on both occasions. But I can’t be here for a check up??? The helm with this place, I can’t go lower than 1 stupid star if not I would. You want a real Dr. look for Dr. Lena Speck Hopkins.
Sadly, I had to add a star so I could post this. I have never in all of my life, had a receptionist be so nasty and so rude. Very impatient, short tempered, just rude for no reason. Because of how that phone call went, I feel very uncomfortable receiving any service from here.
The front desk experience was extremely disappointing. When I accompanied my wife to her clinic appointment, I was not allowed to sit in the lobby and was made to feel unwelcome. The receptionist made a big deal about me being present when my wife was having her ultrasound. The child’s father should be allowed in the clinic during such important moments — this policy feels outdated and lacking in compassion. My name is Lorena E. My doctor was Alejandro Barrera I gave birth in late May and had a very horrible experience. It felt rushed and I ended up getting a third degree cut which I believe it was due to staff not baby. My healing was about 4 months due to cut and had and still have complications like stool coming out of my vagina I barely have skin between my anus and vagina he did a horrible job at stitching me.
