I been trying to get in contact with management on the phone & they transfer me and I get no response. I even left a voicemail earlier today . I was a patient this Wednesday to be exact and I want to complain about the physician that treated me . She was rude , I didn’t like her tone !!! . Today my mother is showing signs of a stroke and Maricela front desk thinks it’s a game to not ask the patient questions about symptoms instead she makes us wait and when I advise her why it’s taking so long for her to be seen she advised she only put high blood pressure on the system I advised her the patient has recent history of a stroke and she argued that the patient needs to tell her the symptoms , mind you the patient is presenting confusion and Maricela insisted to speak with the patient. I am beyond upset with the care from Valley Baptist Micro Hospital Weslaco Tx. Last night I took one of my kiddos in with an open wound after 5 hrs waiting, I told nurse dressing the wound shouldn't that require stitches? His answer it'll be more painful if we put lidocaine, I told him well that doesn't matter I'd rather she get stitched, of course ignored me and stapled the wound shut.....fast forward took her to her pediatrician they cleaned the wound & said why didnt they stitch this wound instead of stapling it.....🤦‍♀️... read more
